	Air Dynamics Industrial Systems Corp. designs, manufactures and sells a large variety of dust collection systems, units and components. 		Combustible Dust Collector - Dry Type Air Dynamics designs and manufactures Combustible Dust Collector systems for your application while maintaining compliance with NFPA 484 standards and OSHA regulations.




		Combustible Dust Collector - Wet Type The wet type dust collector was designed to safely collect combustible dusts. The wet collection system is fully automatic and uses minimal energy to separate the dust from the air stream.




		Dust and Fume Capture Arms These source capture arms are built for the extraction of welding smoke, gas vapors, aerosols, oil fumes, dust, etc. Contaminated air is captured by the hood of the dust collector arm and exhausted through the tube body. The contaminants may then be exhausted to a central dust collection system or to atmosphere. Several options are available, from the superior counterbalanced design of the Flexair source capture arm to the economical Evolution No-Smoke extraction arm. Both styles of extraction arms are available in several length and diameter options, and have booms which allow the source capture arms to reach even farther.




		Bin Vent Dust Collectors (4) Our units are constructed from 11-gauge carbon steel, fully welded with bar stock stiffeners for heavy industrial use. Systems also feature welded, heavy gauge, direct drive industrial grade BI fans with high efficiency TEFC motors where required. Our units feature a proprietary low-pressure drop construction resulting in lower energy consumption. Systems come equipped with high tech pulsejet cleaning system including supersonic nozzles for efficient and effective cleaning. Unit shape and size can be customized to fit your specific space and operating requirements. Depending on your application and available space, we are able to build and install a system to facilitate your needs.




		Cartridge Filter Dust Collectors (21) Our cartridge filter dust collector systems incorporate a low-pressure drop design resulting in 30 to 50% less energy consumption. This feature reduces maintenance requirements and lowers operating costs compared to traditional designs. The wide cartridge filter spacing and vertical cleaning method reduces re-entrainment of dust and extends the life of the filters. Twin supersonic pulse jet nozzles provide the most effective filter cleaning in the dust collection industry. We can design, manufacture and install a turn-key dust collector system to meet your specific application requirements. 		Fabric Filter Dust Collectors (36) Our fabric filter dust collector systems incorporate a low-pressure drop across the unit resulting in 30 to 70% less energy consumption. This feature reduces maintenance requirements and lowers operating costs compared to traditional baghouse design. We guarantee our complete dust collection system design to be the most energy efficient available. 		Portable Dust Collectors These portable dust collectors are built for the extraction and filtering of welding fumes, gases, vapors, aerosol, solvents, and dusts. Robustly designed and constructed, built to stand up and perform in the harshest environments and continue to offer the highest level of satisfaction throughout the life of the equipment. Air Dynamics sells two types of portable fume extractors, the Max MobilAir and Coral Jetclean portable dust collectors. Both are available with different motor horsepower options.




		FixAir DC Dust Collectors (3) The FixAir DC units are designed primarily for the capture and control of dust, smoke and other airborne contaminants emanating from a wide range of production related applications. A wide variety of unit capacities with optional arrangements are available to handle most industrial applications. Possible configurations are: stand/hopper and drum, stand/cyclone and drum, suspended or stand alone floor mount.
